Welcome to Kunky's wearable art jackets.  All Kunky items are individually hand-painted, are machine washable and come in sizes S through XXL.  Each jacket is a heavy weight hand died 95% cotton, 5% Polyester sweatshirt . Sleeves made to fit and can be rolled up. The jackets are adorned with varied button styles and colors.  A fabric placard and loops for fastening add to the design.  Each jacket has an art element on the back .  Fabric trims may vary according to availability, but you will always be pleased with your art-to-wear conversation piece!

Kunky's was founded by Julie who began painting on sweatshirts as a hobby while attending court reporting school.  Painting for friends and family quickly turned into a small home party business, no time for court reporting.  Julie did home parties for 10 years before getting her retail location and production studio in downtown Flushing, Michigan.  There she was joined by her mother who is also an artist and paints for Kunky's, and her husband who manages shipping and accounting.
