We hope that you will be pleased with your choice of our hand crafted or unique items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call or email us. Please follow these steps.
Please call for returns 603-750-5115. A RMA number must be issued before you can return any item. E-mail us at info@fashionjewelryline.com with your order number, the product you are returning, customer name, reason for return, e-mail address and request for either a refund or replacement. Fashion Jewelry Line will not accept any return without a RMA number.
Once a RMA number has been issued: The RMA number is good for 14 days. Product must be shipped through courier such as UPS, Federal Express, USPS, or any courier that issues a tracking number.
1. Include a note or letter containing the following information:
• Name, address & daytime phone number.
• Photocopy of the order form with payment information (keep original for your records).
Reimbursement will be in the same method of payment. There will be no returns without a receipt. Returns must be within 30 days of purchase and advised in advance of the return. Returns will not be accepted unless written or advance phone call.
• Package the merchandise and letter in a quality container and insure for the proper value. We will not refund if not insured and if the item arrives in poor condition.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We’ll refund the value of the merchandise total (excluding delivery and handling charges). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
After a return is received:
Fashion Jewelry Line will issue a full credit, less shipping costs, within 21 days of receiving the return.
Fashion Jewelry Line retains the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee.
Fashion Jewelry Line will ship replacement item/s within 4 business days upon receipt of the return, unless a custom order.
Fashion Jewelry Line suggests that if you have not received credit, please contact us or check with your credit card company.
Shipping cost will only be refunded if Accoutremont.com made a mistake in shipping the product. If the product is being returned for replacement, additional shipping charges will apply. Fashion Jewelry Line is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during transit. |
